Customer Sevice... and all that jazz

Here at the 4th largest workwear company in Monaghan we are always striving to improve our customer service and become an automatic choice for you whenever your tootsies need protecting from evil chainsaws with the Haix Protector or your knees need to be shielded from terribly rough floors with Snickers 3212 work trousers or keeping you dry and warm in CAT Tech jackets or simply looking like you're not actually wearing safety shoes like the Lavoro safety trainer but still keeping you safe.

And to a degree we feel we are making progress , slight though it may be , at least we're heading in the right direction. I saw this today and it reminded me of all that can be horrible and frustrating with customer service ....

Although this is hilarious , I think part of the reason for it's popularity is that it's so darn close to the truth with a lot of companies. I hope that we're closer to this example from Zappos, a genuinely brilliant company to deal with ...

If you ever feel that we have let you down in any way please, please accept our sincerest , humblest apology and let me know so taht we can make amends...( unless you're from Cavan , in which case it was intentional on our part !)...
