Discover Ireland ....in Amblers Steel.

What a great weekend ! Ireland's intrepid rugby warriors gave our beleagured nation a lift with a stunning victory over England on Saturday, with Monaghan's own Tommy Bowe making a great contribution.

As we basked in the reflective glory of the rugby victory a Discover Ireland television advert came on with a haunting melody by an Irish group called Heathers and I can't get it out of my head, the video is not too bad either :

Bouyed up by this feeling of good will and pride in our fair land I embarked on a bit of rambling on Sunday wearing the delightful Amblers Steel FS193 and where as we do not recommend that you wear safety boots for rambling , these weren't half bad :
