Just who is it decrees these things ?

Before you ask it's not me. Perhaps it's someone who has a blofg to write, can't think of a relevant topic and invents new titles for mundane days of the year in order to simply fill up their blog.....perhaps.

And perhaps it also lends itself to filling up a large amount of space in said blog with a big smiley face.....

But not us, oh no. We blog when there is something to blog about....Big Smiley Face
