Protector Pro Chainsaw Boots
Recently voted as one of the best chainsaw boots on the market by professional foresters, ( Arbtalk.co.uk - Chainsaw Boot Poll 2010) , the Protector Pro by Haix is incredibly comfortable and hardwearing.
The Protector Pro is manufactured in Germany by Haix using the finest materials , including waterproof leather with a thickness of at least 2.5mm thickness. The leather is breathable and hydrophobic also.
The non slip, non marking sole is suitable for all terrains and is incredibly hard wearing while still allowing a high degree of flexibility to ensure comfort while bending. The rubber/PU sole also incorporates the Haix MSL System which helps achieve high degrees of insulation from cold or heat and contributes to a lower weight.
Anatomically formed footbeds are exchangeable and washable and combine with the anatomically formed protective toe cap , which is very well padded , in order to add extra comfort.
The GORE-TEX ® laminate provides a waterproof and breathable environment which also affords a degree of chemical protection. The lining works in harmony with the Haix Climate System which uses a pumping action caused by the natural movement of the wearer to transport humidity to the ventilation areas at the tongue and shank .
The Kevlar ® lining provides cut protection for 20mm/second, or category 1.
The Protector Pro also incorporates a plastic insole which provides puncture proofing and a protective throughsole which allows stability, protection and flexibility. The leather uses a SUN REFLECT system which reduces heat absorption by direct sunlight.
The Haix Protector Pro comes with the Haix 2 year durability warranty.
